Question by Abhijeet: Is it safe to travel by train from Bangalore to Kodaikanal in 2 tier AC?
I am planning to visit Kodaikanal in March 2008. Is it safe to travel from Bangalore to Kodaikanal by a train in 2 tier AC?

Also could you please let me know which train goes through kodairoad station and from there how can I reach kodai town?

it’s very safe…i love traveling through trains in india…don’t know which one but you can prolly find out at the station…

    There is nothing more safe than AC 2 tier.
    For train details check at http://www.indianrail.gov

    From Kodai station you will get plenty of Auto (3-wheeler) to go to town.

    it would be safe but i would take sleepers class AC thats the best
