Question by Greta Leigh: Travel Ideas!?
My little cousin is graduating from 8th grade in June. She has had a TOUGH childhood so far with 2 sick parents and a LOT of responsibility. She means the world to me.

Since she is graduating with highest honors and got a full scolarship to a really good private high school, I want to reward her with a nice trip sometime in June. I was going to bring her to Bermuda but come to find out, we need passports and it’s just a no go for that.

Where is someplace nice that we can go? We are in the Boston area and she is open to a nice road trip or flying. My budget is about $ 1,000 and I’m looking at about 3-4 days.

Do you need a passport to go to Canada now too?

Thanks for your help!!

Everybody loves Disney World. I’ll bet for $ 1000 you can fly down, stay in Disney and get a “park hopper” pass. We went several years ago when my kids were 10 and 14 and we all had a great time.

    Canada requires a passport.

ASI Travel Direct http://www.asitravel.com/Bahamas199.htm Once I was there.

New York City is a better place for young people, because they may like to see themselves on the TV shows like Good Morning America and People’s Court.
